Ok I am writting this entry because it has spun up at Namepros.com one member has said Paid traffic is usually not all that great. The member was not speaking about Google, Yahoo, etc.. all Tier one companies, he was refering to Tier 3-10 companies. One in practiular that caught my attention was Engineseeker.com I have a proxy network so I serve popunders which I don’t see why ppl should surf my proxies for free. They are not bogged down with ads after ads after ads. They are served ONE pop over which they can close and it will NOT come back and ONE pop under when they go to another page. Easy enough no harm done. Well I looked at one of the pop unders it served me and it was coming from Engineseeker.com so I looked over the ad they were server and was not really interested in the ad they servered me and I was about to hit the good ole X button then I scrolled all the way down and saw a little Iframe at the bottom.
I then proceded to see what the hell they would be serving in an IFRAME on a pop under. Well HELL they are serving a 0% by 0% ads which means NO ONE will see the ads they are serving in the Iframe. But they are SELLING the impressions. Why this has amazed is because I am a member of a few sites who sell traffic. It is suppose to be “real” traffic, I guess you can call it “real” but if they are doing it at a 0% then no one will ever see my advertisements.
Do you want proff on this well here it is right in the pudding. So here are two screen shots of the Page and at the Bottom left you will see two boxes those are the 0% Iframes. So I decided to do a right click and go to View Page Source and see the actual links… so I decided to put those into a webpage with 100% views and went through about 200 refreshes to make sure none of my sites showed up. Thank god none did. I am not a victim of their iframe games. They are just ripping off their advertisers.
So I get all these damn expired domain notices which is nice to reveice usually I just delete them with out any notice because I know what I am letting drop and I know what I am going to renew. What some people don’t notice is that they usually give you a godaddy.com coupon code with in the emails. I will post a few Codes here if you use them great if not you should be. If you can save a dollar to two dollars per renewal why not? If you want to send me the money you could be saving that would be great as well.

they are all now sitting in Godaddy’s account. They are also renewed for another year. Yes the .info’s are a little high wish they were still .99 for renewals but they were not.
Just wanted to update the lonely
Ok so after a FULL five days plus a few hours my domains have come over. I was out for a bit and looked at my email and there they are… I am waiting for one last domain then this is all completed. Mydomain.com comes through and Godaddy is the one who gets to hold onto my crappy domains LOL
Well there is no status update from them. I did log a ticket with them three days ago regarding a domain that is over there was not allowing me to transfer out. It was saying Prohibited Transfer, etc.. all was prohibited when I tried to snag the Auth Code to transfer. I asked them to please release my domain so I can transfer it out. They said it is fine I just need to unlock the domain. As you know as I know I tried that first. I locked the domain then unlocked it with the error of operation failed I wrote back and said I can not do anything with the domain due to the status in the whois. They finally changed it and I sent my auth code to Godaddy and awaiting the transfer.
Today will be full day number 6. I have a feeling the email will come today from godaddy to finalize the domain transfer of all of them I have no issues with mydomain.com but on the other hand I am not paying 11 bucks per domain with them. I am paying roughly around 7 bucks per transfer to Godaddy. I will update when I get an updated.
So I am sitting in the movies before it starts. I always have these crazy thoughts before movie starts. First of all it cost us 12 bucks for the tickets, then I got nachos and a small drink. My wife didn’t get anything because she is a health freak.. yes she is about 100 lbs and very fit. She runs marathons, I am the total opposite I USE to work out, USE to run, USE to play soccer, etc… I USE to be more fit than anyone I knew and that is why I played soccer at the College level
So the grand total for the tickets, drink, and nachos was 22 bucks!!! I always am thinking before spending the money that this could of bought me THREE HAND REG DOMAINS!!! My wife thinks differently. I remember when there was a commercial out when ppl would basically throw away change and Wendy’s was promoting their 99 cent menu. Basically saying we are cheap. Well I am very cheap
So onto the movie… I am not a cry kind of guy… This movie was VERY VERY VERY Sad but had a lot of good parts of the movie which were VERY funny. We have two goldens which are nice dogs and we love them dearly. This movie Marley and Me was hard for my wife to take. I wish I would of brought a roll of tolet paper because as soon as the movie started she started crying. Go see the movie if you love dogs. I will tell you how it ends since my best friend told us via phone last week. My wife was pissed that she knew the ending but it did help out. I started the process of transfering names out of MyDomain.com and they are going to be going to Godaddy.com Has anyone ever experienced MyDomain.com ? When I do a whois on a few of the domains it is showing as pending transfer which is a good sign since I have a lot of money tied into Godaddy with this transfer. There is one domain that is not allowing me to edit it via mydomain control panel. If you have had any experience please let me know what to expect! All the domains expire on the 19th of Janurary so I am pushing it close hopefully they all make it out safely with out any issues.
